Introducing Shamanic Healing at Omana Massage

Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009

Hello all,

As you might remember, I have been on a journey of shamanic healing and learning.  I visited Peruvian Shamans (Ayahuska Journeys and Healing) and recently visited Kazakhstan (last 2 years) to embark on Shamanic Initiation and blessings.   I am now ready to add Shamanic Healing sessions at Omana Massage.

30 minute healing – $ 40

About Shamanic Healing:
As I initiated into Shamanic Healing Tradition, my path is based on Energy Healing (this is among many various types of healing, like herbology, etc).   The healing starts with a consultation followed by a healing session.   During the consultation, I do an energy sweep and would also consult my Spirit Guides.  The healing would be done on a massage table and focused on the areas that need healing.   Some techniques might remind massage techniques and Reiki (energy healing).

If you have any further questions, please contact me and I would be happy to answer all your questions.

On Vacation from April 20 – May 25, 2009

Friday, April 17th, 2009

To my valued clients and friends,

It is time again to visit my parents in Kazakhstan.  I am so excited to go back to my homeland and have a visit with my parents and siblings and friends.

I am also planning to visit some Kazakhstan Shamanic Healers and get some healing and learn more about new healing techniques.   Also, I am going to do a spiritual pilgrimage to the holy places in Kazakhstan to embark on the next level in my spiritual path.   One of such places is a mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi (Kazakh: Қожа Ахмет Яссауи, Qoja Axmet Yassawï), a distinguished Sufi master of the 12th century for the Turkic Nomads (Turkic Sufism – from Wikipedia).   Spiritual pilgrimages are one of the ways for a shamanic healer to be blessed by spirit guides…

I am expecting this to be a great trip for me, one full of new experiences and personal growth.

Learning Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Learning Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage in Vancouver, July 21- 24, 2008

I am excited to share that I am going to take Hawaiian Lomi Lomi (Temple Style) on July 21- 24.  It is a 4 day workshop (Level 1 and Level 2) taught by Tom Cochran and Donna Jason.  Check out the workshop details at http://www.sacredlomi.com

Here is the description from Tom’s website:

Lomi Lomi means “to massage”, “to knead” or “to weave”. Weaving aloha, weaving light, weaving spirit, weaving consciousness into the unconscious. There are many different styles of Lomi Lomi, each unique to its lineage. Most well known are “Temple Style” and Auntie Margaret’s style, also known as “Big Island Syle”. Sacred Lomi® is based on “Temple Style” – “Hawaiian Temple Bodywork”. (http://sacredlomi.com)

I have asked Tom to come to teach Hawaiian Lomi Lomi workshop in Vancouver and I am excited that he agreed to teach this workshop in Vancouver at my Massage school (Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage)

I believe this is going to be a beginning of my exploration of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and 1st step towards combining Shamanic Healing and Massage.  This is a next step in my journey that started when I was young in Kazakhstan with Central Asian shamanic tradition, followed by my participation in  Shamanic Healing with Peruvian Shamans (14 days  in the Amazons in 2007 (June – more at Ayahuaska SpiritQuest .) It was truly enlightening experience and healing in a deeper level.  A shaman and facilitator Howard Lawler created a truly healing space for personal and spiritual development where you experience an authenic shamanic healing and self-exploration.  A Peruvian shaman – Don Rober de Lamas is a kind and highly spiritual shaman whose healing (unconditional love) can be felt during the ceremonies and 1×1 healing.  I am planning to continue my healing in Peru in 2009.  Stay tuned for in depth article on my journey in Peru (both Machu Pichu and Iquitos, Amazon Jungle).

I  strongly recommend to contact Howard if you are ‘ready’ to learn more and awaken your spiritual self.  This is a not a tourist travel, but a spiritual quest for serious seekers.

I will be adding Hawaiian Lomi Lomi  Massage to my Zen Fusion Massage and will also offer Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage as separate massage sessions after September 15, 2008.

On Vacation from August 1st – September 15

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

To all my valued clients, friends and new clients:

I am excited to let you know that I am going to visit my parents, brothers and sisters in Kazakhstan (South of Russia) and NO, Borat is not from Kazakhstan. :-)

I will be traveling via Seattle, Frankfurt (Germany) to Kazakhstan.  I am planning to travel to Russia and Turkey as well.

This will be time for me to re-connect with my mother land, parents and continue on my spiritual journey and get healing from Kazakhstan Shamanic Healers (Medicine men and women).   I will continue my meditation practice while there.

I am planning to teach Massage Workshops (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Shiatsu Massage and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage).  I will also learn Kazakh Sports Massage.  This will be added to my toolbox when I come back.

I hope that you all have a great summer and I will be seeing you after I return to Vancouver on September 15.

I will not be checking my voice mail, but check my emails once a week ( it is my vacation after all).

With loving-kindness,
